A must have .Net refactoring tool for any serious .Net developer, works in C# and VB.Net
Converts VB and VB.Net to C#.
A refactoring tool for Visual C++, does all the usual stuff, rename, extract function, etc. Not as feature rich as Resharper, but a usable tool neither the less.
